As a member of a GLO from another school, I wanted to see what was going on at IU after rush and I'm appalled. It is very apparent someone in the Theta or Kappa house is having a meltdown. No one in a top house is going to spend their time on Greek Rank although it is very clear the two houses on the bottom are very upset with their position. Bringing down the leading houses due to your insecurity and anger over unsuccessful rushes only makes you appear desperate and even a little disturbed. Good luck with that.

I want to know how many sororities the campus can support. It looks like TPA was successful. ASA is coming in the fall. All that's left is: SK, AST, DPhiE, Phi Sig, Tri Sig. Two of which have been at IU before. What are your serious thoughts? Should IU aim to get all 26 sororities here and be the largest Greek system in the nation? Discuss.

SK was here 1918-1994. TPA 1920-1959. DPhiE 1946-1952. Tri Sigma 1989-1994. ASA 1990-1994. Looks like too many chapters came/folded in the late 80's. Could this happen again?

I don't think it will happen again. Greek life just wasn't as popular then as it is now.
And I think they should wait a year between adding a new one. TPA just came and seems like they are doing well. Give them a year to grow and then add ASA. I think it would benefit both of them to give a year inbetween.
But I like the idea of adding all the chapters to IU. It will allow for more girls to find a place where they truly belong.
