why isn't theta phi alpha on this list?

theta phi alpha is not on this list because no one cares about them and they are a sorority for girls who can't get into a real house. that is why.

Non Greeks think this is one way to weaken rush. Not going to happen. There is a house for everyone.

theta phi isn't on this list because it's new, and they haven't added themselves. you have to request to be added. Honestly, good for them for staying out of this snark fest.

To the person who doesn't go to IU but claims there is no unity here. It is what you make of it on this campus as it is on others. There are people that know many within and outside the Greek system because of their campus involvement. Every house has involved women who have friends and acquaintances in most of the houses. Most sororities get along well with each other although some houses have a heavier concentration of difficult personalities. They tend to be in lower ranked houses and tend to be behind some of the drama within the Greek community.

Let the games begin. Freshman get ready to say goodbye to life as you knew it. All those friends you just spent making the first semester, say goodbye. Once you or they join a house good luck seeing each other again. IU houses take over your life, demand your full attention and your own self identity is lost. If you don't get in a house, good luck having a social life at IU the next 4 years. Nothing crazier, more competitive and ultimately sadder than rush at IU, well the football team is sadder I guess. Best of luck. Keep that phoney smile going for a while longer.
