there is no way these rankings are accurate. the people who made these must have not even been to indiana.
everyone knows zeta is way better.

Theta Phi should not count in the rankings... they are not a real sorority and thus should be treated accordingly.

Without a doubt, alpha phi, tri delt, pi phi are the top three. zeta is around fourth but dz and gphi are close. kappa is definitely not within the top ten. That house has literally plunged towards the bottom. At best, they should be ranked 13 but that would be very generous. Theta Pi should be in the ranking. This house will have an appeal and that's great.

Theta, chio,gphi, azd, and kd should be ranked higher than kappa.

you don't ever see off-campus and on campus fraternities being discussed in the same rankings, do you? exactly. which is why theta phi should not count.

if people say kappa is bad, look at their last few pairs: sigma chi, pi kapps, and fiji for L5. all top houses

i've heard kappa was able to buy a couple pairs but most of the guys either left after the obligatory minutes or invited other girls from houses over. kappa must be desperate. it's the overall personality of the house that hurts them the most. good personalities can carry less than average looks.

Kappa should still be middle of the road. "Serious" has it right with their rankings.
I do agree that Theta Phi should not be ranked, but that's only because they haven't established themselves yet. They are still an on-campus sorority. They just dont have a house, which will appeal to different people. We'll see how they do during recruitment.
