who's getting a house

Which unhoused sorority is getting a house, I really loved one but would like to live in a house to get the full experience( if they give me a bid)

The only chapter who is planning to build in the next three years is Sigma Kappa. They will build right after colonization. If one of the other three chapters is telling you they are building ask for the date and to see the plans.

I would wait for sigma kappa. Historically they are better; also, they are bigger than any of the unhoused chapter. Which leads to better alumna networking.

I was at the presentation last spring for Sigma Kappa. They had lots of people there, local and national. They said that they already have begun fundraising for the new house. They will re-colonize in 2016 (next winter right after recruitment) and will break ground that summer. So do the math.

If you get a bid anywhere, you should feel honored. And even if you do get a bid to an unhoused sorority, you might have friends in housed sororities and you can experience that aspect of sorority life

go with your heart to where your sisters are, housing is nice but at the end of the day it's not something that will make or break your experience...your sisters will

You're not going to live in a house if you get a bid from one of the unhoused groups, so if that's important to you then don't put them on your bid card
