At the end of the day, the order of houses within the tiers will always be different depending on who you talk to. The top of the top will always have first dibs on fraternities for pairs, but the top nine (Pi phi tridelt zeta alpha phi xo axo kappa dz and gphi) generally pair with the same fraternities.

Laughing at how kappa thinks they're still included in the group of top houses. Go back down to middle tier where you belong.

I do not disagree that kappa is definitely very low in the group listed. However, they still consistently pair with the top fraternities that the others do.

Alpha Phi is one of the best houses to pair with and I would say is better than both Tri Delt and Zeta, and is certainly Top Tier. You probably don't go to IU if you think they are below Pi Phi, Tri Delt, and Zeta.
