I'm a Beta at Penn State thinking of driving over for the game on Nov 8th and I'd like to know a little bit about what I can expect of the Beta at IU before I come. Do they normally throw good parties, social with hot girls, etc?

Well I'm not in the house but they're widely considered one of the top houses here... far from the bottom tier rep that you guys have at penn state...
