No difference. Besides the street rhymes with "elite".

Location location location. People can say all they want about what house is better. But guess what the top frats and sororities are..... The ones closest a to the bars. Sigma chi included. Location location, location. Assume AKAK is in their house.

The only difference is in the head's of the girls that live on third. It really only means older and smaller homes with bad air conditioning but closer to classes

There is really no difference between the two. The only difference is the "Opinion" everyone has about each. Both areas are fine. The bootom line is that each street still attracks the rushies during recruitment and crowds for mixers/ open parties.
