jack swinney rapes girls

I think we all know this by now but jack swinney is a serial rapist. many girls i know have reported incidents of him making them feel uncomfortable and unconsentually having intercourse with them, sometimes using phsyical force. This is far from okay, and i dont understand why he hasnt been dropped from phi sig yet given these circumstances.
