Why so many tiers? I don't think the chapters are that different looking at the bigger picture. Chapters within the same line are similar and not ranked per line.
Top: Kappa,Pi Phi Alpha Phi, DZ, AXO
Upper: ZTA,XO, AEPhi, Gamma Phi,
Mid:AXiD, Theta,DG, KD, SK, AOII, AGD
Bottom: Phi Mu, ADPi SDT, DphiE, TPA, ASA
