What's the deal with the new guys rush system? Can someone explain it to me?

Its actually quites simple. They've split it up into three parts now:

1: You

2: will always

3. Be a geed

This is classic case of people trying to fix things that are not broke. There is no need for more rules at ALL.

New kids holding positions who just want to make unnecessary decisions.

From what I know guys will have a very casual "21" party that requires them to see every fraternity chapter (on and off) before they can move forward with rush. Beyond that the system is pretty much the same.
