Phi Delt and Ox are not top houses

I understand like they used to be good and they have a lot of money but like it makes no sense to me why people rate them so high now. They barely throw, the guys are eh, and their houses are just alright. They are literally riding their success from like years ago but in all reality they are just mouses.
