Where is the diversity?

Since you're so-called counting, count this: you are conveniently not counting how many non whites are in houses that you don't consider 'top', you are conveniently not counting the numbers of non whites that started panhellenic rush in the first place, you are conveniently not counting the ones who dropped out on their own along with the whites, and you are conveniently not counting all the other sororities outside of panhellenic that are options for non whites. 63% of the students here are white so the 22 panhellenic sororities are going to be mostly white and the non whites have all those panhellenic options plus 10 more just for them. The only one moving backwards is you because you can't count.
