What’s theta like

Going into pref soon and I wanna know what ppl think of theta and what they’re reputation is like

theta has a good rep- they don't pair w the top frats, but they're nice girls and very social at parties which is great

theta is a low mid house. they dont pair with good frats, but have some plans. they aren't known to be a going out house, they're pretty academic. ive met some thetas that are somewhat normal, but they're alright

Theta is a mid house. They're nice girls. Smart and involved. They seem to have good sisterhood. I see their sophomores out a lot everywhere but the house as a whole pairs like dg and agd. No top frats but the thetas I've met out were lots of fun for what it's worth.

thetas sophomore pc is their hottest yet and i see them out all the time. one of the more academic houses fs, but not a low srat by any means. the girls in the house seem to genuinly enjoy it.
