Genuinely curious (not hating)

Can somebody explain why Aepi is considered a top house? Am I missing something? Genuinely not hating what so ever I just don’t see what sets them aside from other houses. Party last night seemed similar to literally every other house. Is it their pairs or what? Actually just curious

They’re actually nice guys people hate them because girls like them but u can ask any girl and they will have aepi as their favorite house or at least in their top 5
