Who is the 40 year old man in sig ep?

Have been to a couple sig ep parties thus far this semester, and everytime I have felt so creeped out by this larger man with a beard. At first I thought he was an older brother visiting or something but I have seem him at multiple parties and am concerned he is a brother. Any other girls felt this way or are creeped out by this weird looking man… gives me creep vibes and i’ve felt it…
