they didn't get the suspension overturned, only the right to have an appeal (which they also lost).

A suspension doesn't require vacating the house, which will go until the end of 2014. They have the option to move back in in the fall.

a suspension does indeed require that they vacate the house. as a student organization on property administered (but not owned) by the university, they exist at the pleasure of the university. Their suspension will run for its duration, at which time the university will allow kappa sigma to recolonize an eventually refound. read the bylaws ;)

they get there house back in the fall. there nationals have been fighting for that all semester and they finally got the "ok" from goldsmith. They DID win the appeal and it shorten there suspension from 2-4 years to now just the end of the fall semester. They will be back and out of any and all trouble in the spring of 2015.

Congrats on making it to college. As a favor to you I will give you tip I learned in second grade: "there" refers to location. "Their" signifies ownership. "They're" is a conjunction of "they" and "are". In your post you used "there" three times when you should have used "their". C'mon.
