Pi Kapps & Sig Chi are top tier, and Phi Psi is generally considered upper-mid.
Phi Psi is getting a great new house. alot of Chicago guys. Vineyard Vines/wannabe Betas
Sig Chi - from a historical perspective arguably the "top house" at IU. more than a few "studs", but quite a few legacies/dbags as well. alot of Cincinnati/Indy suburbs guys
Pi Kapps - athletic, mostly Chicago guys. girls like them
