They’re completely different houses. SAE is one of the most traditional “frat boy” houses you’ll see on campus, douchey dudes, always wanting to do the most. Always playing pong on their balcony and front lawn. Sig Ep has a lot of Kelley guys in workshops, so they’re smart. More chill and laid back, not the douchey type. They associate with more mid and lower mid houses, SAE goes for the mid and uppermid ones

i like sigep better, personally.

sae caters to a specific crowd and does it well.
