rushing as a junior transfer

Is it even possible for a junior transfer to rush a fraternity at iu in the fall? The transfer would probably mean the 5 year plan so its not as bad from that view. Any thoughts? (Apart from the one guy who will comment "You'll always be a geed"...even though it doesn't make sense here)
