Finally someone writes something realistic on this website. The way that IFC is taking control of Greek life, no one will know until a house is actually moved in. Thank you stranger from the comment above, for not spreading more damn rumors

I doubt that, some very reliable sources have told me that the main reason Phi Kapps isn't living in their current house next year is because Chi Phi was fed up with their debt and other financial reasons. If they can't even lock down that small house there is no way they could get Ksigs place.
