I don't get how you can put Delts below top tier. They are arguably the most fun house on campus. Best pairs and parties

Delts is a great house I agree very fun and throw great parties, but they don't have anywhere close to the pairs any of the houses above them do. They're pretty much a Pi Kapps junior.

Oh my god. DU is not even close to phi sig/sammy/sigpi. I don't care who they got lucky enough to pair with, or when. These boys don't even compare. They're definitely closer to the theta chi range, except theta chis are cuter.

DU has been improving every year, new pledge class kills it..

With all these houses been kicked off there is no way that DU is not considered at least a middle tier house
