I know kappa sig was most expensive and I believe Pi kapps pay the 3rd most next to Beta.

Not all fraternities require you to live in the house but if you did live in the house, it's expensive. Living in one of the cheaper frats is about the same as living off campus. I've heard that it can get as high as 17,000 grand for the year to live in some houses (Beta)
