Moving phi delt down is the only change I would make. My house isn't even in the top row but I admit this is an accurate grouping. Thanks.

Being realistic, with kappa sig off, phi Delt will be guaranteed just as good pairs as any of the other houses in that tier.

guarantee that with kappa sig gone, DZ will steal Delts or Phi Psi and then tat sororoity will take phi delt
