Everyone will just say their house is top but there's no real way to pick the #1. The "top houses" are definitely Sigma Chi and Beta. But, everyone knows Delts and Pi Kapps throw the best parties. It just depends on what you think makes a house #1.

I think it would be pretty close between Pi Kapps and Sig Chi. Pi Kapps has the best social life and is probably the most popular fraternity of everyone. Sig Chi is good at everything besides that.
