You're thinking of Delta Chi. Theta Chi is mid/top tier

Tier system is a label/Opinion, we dont get a named award based on what tier you are in for that year. 1 year u can be bottom, 1 year no one knows you, 1 year top... people fall people rise... just be a strong group of people and u will get recognized

nope theta chi is definitely bottom tier. Maybe very low end of middle tier. Some guys are really cool but I guess every fraternity has some of those

bottom-middle according to popular opinion. however i can only think of good things about them. i guess they're just a little quiet on campus but they're a solid group

Definitely bottom end of the middle tier. I've heard a lot about their newest pledge class but don't have any experience with them so I guess we'll see
