I heard some guys in the Union say Skulls is losing their house, is this true?

You have a point but all we are in the process of is simply extending our contract to most likely 5 years or so

I appreciate your guys' concern but really we're not losing our house. All we are in the process of is renegotiating our contract and extending the contract to around 5 years or so. We have a great relationship with those in charge for Chi Phi, and I have no clue how this rumor got started.

The rumor started cause another Fraternity is in negotiations with Chi Phi right now for their house. This I can insure you is not a rumor.
