I'm looking to transfer here next year as a sophomore, is it harder to get a bid if you rush as a sophomore?

no im a sophmore and am rushing, as long as you dont act like a total douche, you should get a bid

Some houses don't take sophomores, but if you're a cool guy most houses will give you a chance.
