in a different fraternity, but i respect pikapps because they have wild parties with hot girls, aren't obsessed with image, and have a difficult pledging process.

They aren't. They are top middle. Do not get too caught up in the rankings you see here. They are mostly by people in the fraternity trying to get their rankings up.

Sorry Pi Kapps is a top house 100%... They were with Tridelt for little 5 last year, Pi phi for homecoming, and zeta for little 5?.. They are by no means middle tier.

Two years ago they were with DG for little 5 and begged and pleaded every top house to switch so someone would pair with them but nobody would because not most houses fw them. They are so mean to their pairs. Heard they treated DG the worst that year.

They were Zetas last choice after Beta and Sig Chi. Those houses are still more desired than Pi Kapps.
