Delta Chi is definitely moving up even though it is off campus. Once someone loses their house they will be all over it.

Someone is losing their house, and it'll be announced soon! Delta Chi has already been given the opportunity to take this house, and they are taking it. Keep your eyes and ears open for it, it's gonna be big!

zbt is definitely taking over sammys old house (where phi psi is now) so delta chi will not be getting a house unless ATO is kicked off again
