why doesn’t pike get more respect?

Yes this is 100% true. IU kicked them for hazing but their house was on the other side of Hawthorn off of third street next to Kappa.
They were part of the “Third Street Elite” when that was still a thing. That kinda finally ended when Lambda was suspended and Tri-Delt’s were kicked and lost their house for good.

Lambda would never be considered third street elite. Kappa, tri delts, a phi, pi phi, ATO, Fiji (before they moved), Acacia (before they got kicked and came back)

PIKE honestly has a pretty legit setup. They won’t do any better on campus and would only be under harsher restrictions by the University. There is no way I would try to get a house on campus and ruin what they have.
And for those who say you have to have a house on campus to be top tier.... SAMMY is top and off campus and prove all of you wrong.

pike guys really are sweethearts I have never felt uncomfortable in any way while I was there. They care about their girls and will do just about anything to keep everyone happy and safe
And their set up is nice because you are not hot and sweaty in some nasty basement like some of the top houses

I 100% agree and with how IU is going right now off campus is the future. PIKE has a really sick set up. They would be taking a step back going to a house! Keep leading the way!
