As someone who used to live at fountain park I’m shocked it’s at the top I definitely would’ve placed it in middle mid

They’re smaller, have older appliances, no in-unit laundry and hella families with little kids live there. AND they lock the pool at night now :( it is affordable with great bus options I will give it that.
