never did they once say it wasn’t correct but put kappa next to the old chi o lol... maybe pull the stick out of ur asses and people would like u more!

^^^ SORRY. But you said it yourself: “the OLD Chi O”. This is a NEW ranking. You cannot even rank a group based on what they used to be but are no more.
Give them a year, and then work them in.
I may not be a huge fan of the new top three, but they are correct for right now.

Say what you will, Kappa rushes against the top houses. They take wealthy well-connected Indiana girls, lots of them legacies or friends of girls in the chapter. They also take suburban Chicago girls and others from various places, most with letters of rec.
Last year, Kappa—along with Pi Phi and others—took many girls who well might have gone Chi O.
So until—if and when—Chi O returns as a full chapter not on any probation, the above rankings are pretty correct.
