House quality, you can tell a lot about a house by how nice it is and how well they take care of it (or don’t)
Pairs/parties, the quality of girls that like a house and pair with them or come over for parties says a lot about a house socially
It really just boils down to who you connect with and what you want in a house, each house has its own vibe and culture that you’ll be able to feel
