They’re top mid. Most people like them more than most the top houses though. Easily consistently top 3 parties on campus. Also pretty sure they’re with chi o for homecoming so they’re quickly on the rise. Just a few years ago they were a middle tier house

aepi has the best most genuine guys on campus and not only that but it’s the house every girl has the most fun at. whether people think they are a top house or not it’s not important because it’s where people want to be.

They were still considered to be the most fun frat even when they were a middle tier house before we lost 3 top houses over a few years. I personally would choose an aepi party over pretty much anything pretty much any night and a LOT of girls in every chapter feel the same
