frats that threw the best parties this year

I personally loved these frats parties: Ksig, Beta, ZBT, AEPi, Acacia and Sig Pi !!!
Worst party I’ve been to was probably at SAE or Theta Chi

I’ve heard people say parties at the houses you mentioned like Sig Pi and Beta being bad and then parties like Space Jam at SAE being amazing, honestly just depends on the night. Every house lower middle and up throws amazing bangers if you catch the right ones and can also have off nights if one house doesn’t show out well or they’re dead from the night before.

For some reason, being top tier doesn't mean throwing the best parties. That should be how it is. However, if that was the case the only "current" top tier houses that are actually deserving of it would be Pi Kapps and ZBT.

This is not said enough. There are tons of houses that will throw like a crazy banger once a weekend. You have to find the right night to go. If you go on the wrong night, you might think that house doesn't throw down. However, the reality is that they're still dead from the night before. Going on the right night makes all the difference. This is so UNDERSTATED.
