Fraternities are allowed to move up and down, and it is accepted. However when a sorority undergoes a status change--god forbid. Seriously. ZTA is no where near top tier any more, haven't been since Little 5 2016. No one wants to accept it. AXO and Kappa deserve a spot in the top, Alpha Phi is at the very bottom of that group, if still there at all. They really bring nothing to the table other than party behavior. KD is falling fast, really not a middle group any longer. AxiD gets a lot of hate, but they are moving up. Popular with PNMs, stay out of the drama. TPA got a house and nothing else. Still got the same girls at pref, but this time they took the bid instead of dropping. Still right above ASA and DPhiE. Delts house didn't make them cool suddenly, sorry.
Let's recap. Moving up: AXO, Kappa, AEPhi, AXiD, DPhiE.
Staying the same: Pi Phi, XO, Gamma Phi, Theta, AOII, DG, AGD, ADPi, SK, SDT, ASA, TPA.
Dropping Slightly: Alpha Phi, DZ, KD, Phi Mu.
Bottom falling out: ZTA.

Tri Delts house doesn't make DPhiE rising. I mean lets be real SDT, TPA, SK end up with the same PNM groups. Then there is DPhiE who those girls would've dropped. If anything TPA took the best pledge class out of the bottom tier. KD is a strong house, Zeta....well we'll see if they even need to be discussed next year. And nobody is ranking DZ down? A house who absolutely cannot follow the rules and only prefs party girls. No sisterhood and very few retained through senior year.

SDT, TPA, SK do not have the same PNM pools. Yeah, there is some overlap, but really TPA, ADPi, DphiE and ASA overlap the more. About 1/3 of the TPA pledge class went to ADPi for pref and put ADPi first, TPA second.
Then SK, AGD, SDT, and ASA overlapped a lot this year. SK and AGD are very similar. If you picked 5 random girls from each house and put them in the other, they'd be fine.
And yeah, DZ totally needs to be ranked down. Full of party girls who drop DZ once they can go to the bars. Look who small their senior classes always are. They start out at 55 and end up 28-32 by graduation.

Were with g phi and now they’re with Chi o for hoco. Rose a lot... things are changing and people hv to accept it... this rank as a whole tho..... spot on.
