who is then? Because I really don't think it's DG, Theta, or AOPi, and how can the tier system work if one tier has not enough sororities and the other tier has too many?

no he's right azd aephi and kd are not upper mid they are obviously middle if you look at a three tier scale. top tier is pi phi- zeta and middle tier is azd-phi mu
