Yes, I agree. The only reason why those houses were associated at the time is because DU was on probation. They essentially had a death sentence and for those that don't know them before they were actually a solid house, similar to what they are now. D Chi has been doing well for themselves. They had a strong bike team and they have been throwing pretty good parties. I know a few of my friends, who are even seniors in different houses, who like to come to DChi every once in a while. Lambda has been trying their best spending money on cool party stuff. I heard they had sand on their basketball court the other day, not sure how true that is. However, they don't seem to be making moves like DU. However, that's because they were always on this tier level and hadn't been on probation recently or hadn't switched around houses and their living situation like the other two.
