is the hype around phi psi real???

they basically had to bid almost anyone that showed interest in order to successfully charter, this resulted in a mix of chill guys and a few weirdos however everyone knows they’re getting their massive house back and that’ll definitely make a difference in their rank and popularlity on campus

Unfortunately/fortunately it takes a few of those types to charter. The ones I’ve interacted with seem okay. They’ll be boom or bust once they make it back to campus imo
