The only reason why people say Beta Sig is because they couldn't really go any lower. Sure, they got good momentum from the house. But, they're not rising. They just got a house, so they aren't completely awful anymore.

Beta Sig has paired with AGD ADPi and SDT since moving in when they only paired with ASa and TPA before so technically that would be on the rise

a year ago Beta Sig barley paired at all and now they are on campus, pairing with with 5 or 6 different sororities. Sure they aren't on their way to top tier, but now people know who they are.

AEPI and Phi Sig both had adnormally really good fall pleaded classes

AEPI and Phi Sig have upward momentum too lately
