Gotta be an April fools joke. Sig Pi is not upper middle, and Phi Psi is not at the top of the bottom. Keep in mind, just because it’s Phi Psi they have none of the same guys from a few years ago. It’s techincally like a new chapter just chartered which is exactly what AKL did a year ago. Phi Psi will be getting their house back but has not proved anything yet. And until they do, they aren’t top of the bottom.
