Everyone already knows this. It' mentioned on this site at least once a month. So people are aware. You are just trying to cause trouble.

When asked about the house, they did day their lease was for one more year. I know girls who asked and that's what they were told. Why make a big deal of it now because they have another year and who knows what could happen during Little 5 and next school year.

Only people who don't know that are freshman lol and yes sk lied about it during rush bc they had to or their pledge class would be nowhere near what it is bc girls come for the house. The same reason tpa took a huge pc and dphie took an uncharacteristically good informal pc. Sk isn't the only house guilty of lying during recruitment, every house twists things to make their house seem better that's how you recruit

sk totally lied about this stuff during rush or was incredibly vague. some girls told me that they had the house for longer than they actually do and some girls said that they'd be getting the rights/land to build a new house within the next year. neither of these are obviously true. i just feel bad for any girls in their new pc who thought they'd be in a housed sorority because clearly rn nothing is certain.
