I would say based on ur comments u must not have strong connections w ur brothers in you famed "housed" frat. Why else would u be so bitter? Whether it's housed or unhoused it's all about building friendships w brothers and all kinds of nice chicks from all diff sororities (No matter which house the girls are from) and philanthropy. Dude when you go out in the real world and get ur job everyone will have very diverse backgrounds. And u better be prepared to report to ur boss who could be an ASA or a dude out of an unhoused frat.
