House is pretty on the outside, falling apart on the inside. Dated decor, ugh. Upstairs is small and cramped. The house is too old. Wouldn't pay that kind of money to live there. If I am going to pay those kind of prices I want to live someplace newer like AGD, AXiD, AOII, etc.
Kappa house is old too, but it's in way better shape. They update and renovate all the time.

I am not in Theta but I think they are a great house. Their physical house has the best location on campus. I have several friends in this house so I know that a lot of them are in Kelley (smart, organized, high GPAs, etc). Most girls are fun and very pretty. They have a great bike team. They have taken a hit socially because Sig Nu was looking for a scapegoat for their problems/bad decisions and has engaged in a smear campaign to pin it on Theta.
