BOTTOM TIER:
Fraternities- BetaSig, Skulls, Pike, PiLam, Phi Psi, etc.
Sororities- DphiE, ASA

I honestly like the three-tier thing, it makes more sense. Elite houses are the best pairs to have, and primarily pair among themselves. Middle houses all pair mostly in their tier, with some climbing based on their pairs. Bottom chapters are unhoused and irrelevant.

Most of the houses are much more alike than they are different. With too many tiers, it is splitting hairs between chapters that all social together and/or rush the same people. It becomes a matter of personal preference between which is better when, in truth, they are all essentially the same. Greek systems with no tiers are stronger. But, for the sake of argument, I would concur that there is a difference between Pi Kap guys and Pi Lam; or A Phi girls and DPhiE. Every group in between offers a virtually indiscernible shade of difference reflected here.

I think the three tier works well because even though there are a lot of houses in the middle you can still divide them into middle and lower mid but all the ones placed in the middle are steps above those in the bottom so it wouldn’t be fair to put them there. I think the is good!

By this logic dphie will be right there with the rest of the bottom in just one semester so what is the point of having a bottom tier of just one or two chapters? If the rest of the bottom houses are "lower mid" then they should probably be divided that way. Same goes for the upper mid chapters as well

not necessarily, TPA still isn’t middle tier and won’t be for a while, and SK will fall back to bottom tier status really fast if they don’t get a house when Phi Psi comes back. Phi Psi and Beta Sig will have a while to prove their middle tier if they stick aorund too but obviously Phi Psi historically and being owners vs. renters has a better chance at this.

Sorry AXO, your pc cross preffed with the pcs of the chapters that you are listed with. This is more of an indicator of where you fall than any other criteria.
