Who ever gets the house, they need to do a blessing before they move in. All bad things happened (suspension, eviction, closure) to fraternities that leased that house. JUST BE WARNED.

All frats started as bottom tier at one time. Someone deserves a chance. Maybe whoever gets it will be a class act and set an example.
