by: luv yaNot only do they completely lie about the fact that they’re losing their house to Phi Psi, but they also pay to have literally any ranking that makes them look bad taken down and then self-rank. At least make it less obvious, ladies. We get that Greek life is all about appearances, but you’re not even relevant enough for it to matter.

So true. PNMs didn’t even know during recruitment! They told them they had a 2 year lease on the house but failed to mention there was only 1 year left... many new members i talked to were under the impression by SK that they had the house for 2 more years. Sad they had to lie during recruitment.

By the amount of hate they are getting on here, somebody must be worried. Also, there is no guarantee that Phi Psi is going to be large enough to be able to take the house back. It sleeps like 90 plus they will have money coming from live outs to support it too. Right now they don't even have 80 members. SK has the option to renew the lease beyond the original two years.
They must not be paying to have posts removed because I see some pretty hateful things about them posted.
