how does sammy still get top tier pairs?

Serious question - and this is no disrespect towards Sammy. But I find it amazing that despite being unhoused for 2 years now, they still pair with top tier sororities for homecoming and Little 5. No one bashed on them like they do to the other unhoused fraternities. Why so, and how have they had sustained success?

Cause the top tier chapters are dumb...literally. Pi Phi, XO, and Alpha Phi have three of the lowest GPAs of all the chapters.

The newer pledge classes aren’t that good, and once their friends graduate Sammy will continue to be less and less relevant. It’s like the Tri Delta girls who still show up to Pi Kapps and ZBT. Their time is ticking away.

I am a girl, and I love Sammy. The guys are actual "good guys" and genuine. My best guy friend is in there and they honestly don't judge girls in lower tiers either.
