Each NPH organization has their own stance on allowing transgender members into their organization since th y are founded on a specific gender base. While it was not a good idea to not tell them, there is a good chance they will still allow you to join if you are transparent. If not, there are organizations that are open. Do some research

I'd assume from the posts that talk about A Phi researching their PC on social media, etc that they already know...if not says a lot about their research methods, IMO.
