Move AEPhi up, they cross rush with the chapters in the middle top. Move SK up, they cross rush with AOII, ADPi, KD. Everything else looks pretty good.

Too early to tell. You can't make assumptions based on how they preffed. Give it at least a week or 2 to shake out for goodness sake!

A lot of houses need 5-10 girls and a few houses still need 10+ there are a lot of awesome girls who didn't get bids that could help out anywhere especially if they banded together
